Professional Cleaning:  We offer professional in-home cleaning. Depending on usage, the rugs should be cleaned periodically. Over time, grit and dust are embedded so deeply that professional cleaning is essential. Over-cleaning is not recommended as they remove the natural lanolin oils from the wools which provide resistance to soiling. We recommend that cleaning be done by our store or other professional cleaning services, not by washing at home or by general carpet cleaning services.

Repairs: We provide repair and restoration for handmade rugs, such as hand made fringes, hand made binding, rips, tears and burn marks and other damages which cannot be repaired by yourself.

Properly cared for, your hand knotted rugs can be preserved for centuries to come!

Personal Service: At Indo Designer Rugs we pride ourselves on personal service. For your convenience, we offer:

• In-home consultations, including evenings and weekends. Our designer consultants will come to your home or office, discuss your requirements, and assist you with ideas that will complement your existing or planned decor, within your budget and time frame.
  We will book a second visit, when we will bring an array of rugs that meet the criteria discussed during the initial consultation so that you can see them in your own environment.
• Free verbal Estimates and Appraisals: We will provide estimates on cleaning and repairs, and can also do certified appraisals.
• Free trial period for your convenience.
• Home delivery within the city of Calgary.
